Dr. Ronald R. Hunerberg, B.S., D.C., C.C.E.P.
Dr. Ronald R. Hunerberg began his chiropractic career after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Montclair State College in New Jersey. He later earned credentials in physical therapy from Brenau College and became a Doctor of Chiropractic after graduating from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA.
Dr. Hunerberg completed his internship in Marietta Georgia and went on to practice in Lake Worth, Florida and West Palm Beach, where he currently treats patients and serves as president of Florida Chiropractic Centers.
Dr. Hunerberg holds the following certifications: Certified Chiropractic and Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) from Life Chiropractic College, Diplomat of the Board of Chiropractic Orthopedist (matriculated), Physical Therapy Practicum Certification from Brenau College, Erhardt X-Ray Certification, and Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Hunerberg is licensed to practice in both Florida and New Jersey.
His post graduate education has covered a breadth of chiropractic and diagnostic techniques, including Cox Lumbar, Activator, Spinal Touch, Gonstead, and Terminal Point. Dr. Hunerberg has made continued education an important part of his career. He has he attended and participated in many seminars that include M.M.S Chiropractic Seminars, Florida Chiropractic Society and Florida Chiropractic Association post graduate seminars, Erhardt X-Ray Seminars, Dynamic Essential Seminar at Life Chiropractic College, Dr. S. Kaplan Seminars, Impairment Rating for Disability Evaluation, and an Impairment Rating Seminar and Certification.
Dr. Hunerberg has maintained committee memberships and professional affiliations with numerous organizations including the International Chiropractic Association, the Florida Chiropractic Association, the Florida Chiropractic Society, the Palm Beach Chiropractic Society, the American Chiropractic Association, the New Jersey Chiropractic Society, the Life Chiropractic Alumni Council, the F.C.A Sports Injury Council, and the ICA Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics. He has also served as a board member, treasurer, vice-president, president and chairman of the board on the Palm Beach Chiropractic Society.
Dr. Hunerberg has been recognized with many professional awards from Life Chiropractic College, including recognition for Clinical Excellence, X-Ray Excellence, as well as the Thompson Proficiency Award and the Gonstead Proficiency Award.
Dr. Hunerberg serves clients and patients beyond the practice environment. He has provided health and fitness consultation services at Gold’s Gym of West Palm Beach, and the S.D.M.A Academy. He has served as a physician for the United States of America Amateur Boxing Federation and the team doctor at the Wellington High School Soccer Team of West Palm Beach. He has provided insurance consultation as a Chiropractic Consultant for Health Data Services of Islip, N.Y. and a Chiropractic Consultant for Florida Health Care Referral Service of Miami.
Additionally, Dr. Hunerberg actively contributes to the community as year-round baseball coach for multiple local teams.
